Political Consultative Conference leaders inspect and guide the work.

At 2 p.m. on July 5, 2017, the leading official in charge of the district CPPCC, accompanied by technical experts from the district science and technology bureau, conducted a research visit to our industry to promote technological innovation. They visited and provided guidance at the Small Firewood Industry Inspection and Testing Center in our district, Jiangsu Yuyan Foundry Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Jindong Power Machinery Co., Ltd. At 3 p.m., a seminar was held in our company’s conference hall.

First, Mr. Liang Xiaoping, General Manager of Jiangsu Jindong Power Machinery Co., Ltd., extended a warm welcome to the leaders of the district CPPCC and all the attending leaders and experts, and expressed heartfelt gratitude for their attention and support toward the diesel engine industry! Mr. Liang Xiaoping introduced the company’s development overview as well as the bottlenecks and pressing issues currently facing the industry’s production. He expressed great hope and confidence in industrial technological innovation and pledged to actively cooperate, increase investment, and make even greater efforts to ensure that our products meet and exceed environmental emission standards. During the meeting, industry associations reported on the progress of the inspection and testing center’s construction and on the establishment of the industrial innovation strategic alliance. Director Li Jingyang from the Science and Technology Bureau attended the meeting, offered his congratulations, and delivered a speech, encouraging everyone to strive for innovation and proactively explore new opportunities, while assuring them that the science and technology department would provide strong support and cooperation. Deputy Director Chen Linfeng put forward requirements for industrial innovation and development and provided an overview of the current situation and relevant policies. Each attendee also shared their own insights and experiences. Finally, Vice Chairman Ge Huiming of the district CPPCC delivered a concluding report, encouraging everyone to strengthen collaboration, make every effort to succeed, and bring the China III emission standard-compliant products to market at an early date.

During the meeting, all participants toured our company’s production workshop and gained a detailed understanding of our company’s management system, safety production practices, and production processes. Leaders from the district CPPCC and the science and technology research team expressed their appreciation for the environmental conditions and product quality at our production base. They pointed out that the National III diesel engine is a key industry receiving priority support in our province, and they encouraged Jindong Company to increase its investment in scientific research, enhance its independent innovation capabilities, place greater emphasis on the creation, protection, and application of intellectual property rights, and thereby elevate its position within the industry and make even greater contributions to promoting regional economic development. Finally, the participants thoroughly reviewed the project’s progress, quality control measures, and scheduled completion dates, and exchanged views with Mr. Liang Xiaoping, our company’s General Manager. The meeting concluded successfully at 5 p.m.!
